With nearly 10 years of experience, Allana focuses on maintaining the integrity of LTP’s mission while spearheading global expansion of anti-human trafficking initiatives. She is transitioning from Executive Director to Board President and Director of Mission Advancement and is pursuing certification as a Private Investigator for anti-human trafficking work.

With over 20 years of ministry and leadership experience, Genna brings a heart for service and expertise in outreach, case management, and anti-human trafficking work. Her career includes roles as associate pastor, youth pastor, children’s pastor, women’s homeless facility manager, and case manager.
Genna is pursuing certification as a Private Investigator focused solely on anti-human trafficking.

Lani brings extensive healthcare expertise and a compassionate spirit to The Little Tree Project. She specializes in emergency and women’s health medicine and has diverse nursing experience, including NICU, postpartum, oncology, home health, and hospice.

Detective Drake Rollins
Detective Drake Rollins serves as a Criminal Investigator with the Fairhope Police Department and as an Intelligence Analyst with the U.S. Navy Reserve. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Criminal Justice and National Security Studies from Troy University.

Drake partners with LTP as a consultant in human trafficking investigations, providing expertise in online intelligence, victim recovery, and identification of traffickers and buyers.

Family life: devoted husband and father, hosting a foreign exchange student
Molly “Mo Mo” – Therapy Dog
Molly, our mini Golden Doodle, brings comfort, calm, and joy to survivors, staff, and partners. Certified through the Service Dog Training School International, she supports women’s and children’s shelters, law enforcement operations, and educational programs.
