What We Do

At The Little Tree Project, we provide intentional support where stability, safety, and coordination are essential. Our work centers on women in transition and community systems responding to human trafficking, with a focus on sustainable outcomes and long-term growth.

Transitional Support for Women

We walk alongside women as they navigate seasons of transition by providing trauma-informed, goal-oriented support within a structured and compassionate environment.

Our services include:

  • Individualized case management
  • Life skills development and goal planning
  • Accountability-based support that promotes independence
  • Connection to community resources and services
  • Consistent encouragement rooted in dignity and respect

We believe meaningful change happens when women are supported holistically—emotionally, practically, and relationally—while being empowered to take ownership of their next steps.

Survivor-Centered Advocacy & Coordination

The Little Tree Project works to ensure that survivors are not navigating complex systems on their own. We prioritize safety, informed choice, and collaboration across agencies to reduce gaps in care and response.

This includes:

  • Survivor advocacy and system navigation
  • Coordination with housing, healthcare, and service providers
  • Support that honors survivor autonomy and pace
  • Trauma-informed communication and response practices

Our role is to help create clarity, continuity, and care during moments that are often overwhelming.

Training & Support for Community Partners

We collaborate with law enforcement, service providers, and community organizations to strengthen responses to human trafficking and exploitation.

Our work includes:

  • Training on trauma-informed and survivor-centered approaches
  • Support during operations and investigations (as appropriate)
  • Bridging communication between partners and service providers
  • Helping communities build sustainable, coordinated responses

We believe effective change happens when systems work together—grounded in trust, education, and shared responsibility.

Why It Matters

Lasting impact requires more than awareness—it requires consistency, collaboration, and commitment. The Little Tree Project exists to nurture that foundation, ensuring women and communities have the support they need to grow, heal, and move forward.
