Social Media Assistant: Entry Level

Goals:
Assist in creating post images and content for LTP’s Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn accounts using LTP’s branding preferences and templates
Collaborate and communicate with LTP’s social media marketing team
Post at scheduled times and dates
Attend brainstorming sessions
Assist in creating social media stories
Learning Objectives:
Learn how to use online designing platforms like Canva
Learn how to abide to Little Tree Project’s branding preferences
Learn how to use, schedule, and post on social media platforms
Hone communication skills
Team player
Social Media Assistant: 2nd Level

Goals:
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews (Respond to DMs, comment and like other accounts, respond and like comments made to our account)
Scheduling and coordinating posts in collaboration with the Social Media Manager
Implementing relevant hashtags to corresponding pre-written post content
Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency
Attend brainstorming sessions
Create 3 composes social media stories per week
Learning Objectives:
Learn how to use online designing platforms like Canva

Learn how to use, schedule, and post on social media platforms

Once a volunteer makes it through the initial two levels of volunteering on the Social Media Management Team, based on their talents and skill sets, he or she will have the opportunity to move up to managing social media and/or research management.
Social Media Manager:
A LTP Social Media Manager assists the organization in showcasing LTP’s image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

Goals:
Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with organization mission and goals
Collaborating with the research manager, generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily, except Sundays (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
Delegating execution of 3 stories a week
Scheduling social media marketing on Click Up and Buffer
Delegating posting on all LTP social media platforms: instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, keeping with the LTP brand
Creating approved content making sure to have a variety of subjects including Human Trafficking Awareness/Prevention, LTP news, LTP products and sales, LTP “About Us”, and inspiring quotes
Social media stories scheduling, delegation, and management
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Set specific objectives and report
Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency
Monitoring communication with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews (Respond to DMs, comment and like other accounts, respond and like comments made to our account)
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Perform research on current trends and audience preferences
Monitor web traffic metrics
Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
Collaborating with the social media management, research, create, and schedule engaging and original content daily, except Sundays - citing necessary sources (e.g. original text, statistics, quotes, and news)
Enter all pre-written content in scheduling platforms
Assist in anticipating, planning, and creating content for upcoming holidays, sales, campaigns, etc
Learning Objectives:
